01. OVERVIEW
The Daily Pint closed for a refurbishment in early 2023. The works took slightly longer than expected and it meant that a lot of the regulars of the dive bar looked for other watering holes. When The Daily Pint re-opened the month was down 50%.
The new owner requested our services and we implemented SEO, PPC and social media marketing to help increase the footfall to the once popular dive bar in Santa Monica.
2. SOLUTION
We also created their Instagram so it was built more like a community. Making people feel part of something and this helped with getting the regulars back into the bar. We introduced the staff, did drink recommendations and showcased the events.
Alongside these strategies we implemented our SEO tactics. This included getting more reviews for the bar, adding a blog to the website and getting backlinks from local publishers talking about bars. Most of the bars success comes from Google to this day.
3. RESULTS
George, the new owner, like a lot of owners, only cared about the bottomline, the revenue. Our goal was to increase the revenue by over 50% to get the bar back to where it was. Unfortunately we weren’t able to do this in the unrealistic target of 2 months, but we definitely increased it and things are going in the right direction.
The Daily Pint is now ranking on the first page of Google, has over 1000 more Instagram followers and traffic is up by over 3000 people per month.
We continue to work with The Daily Pint and hope to keep growing all the key drivers for their success.
